Meet the Therapist
Charlotte has been working in the world of counselling and safeguarding for over 4 years now. When she isn't seeing clients, Charlotte volunteers for another counselling agency that supports victims of domestic abuse.
Charlotte's training and experience lies primarily in supporting clients who are, or who are wondering if they might be neurodivergent (self-diagnosis and formal diagnosis equally valid). She is also keen to support clients and their struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.
Whatever you're struggling with, you deserve support! Charlotte can help you make sense of your experiences and teach you strategies for managing in a more healthy way in the future. Sometimes all we need is a quiet and supportive space to process without judgement or expectation. Please get in touch to see how she can help you make that positive change.
Qualifications
Charlotte has a BSc (Dual Hons) in Psychology and Philosophy, and is trained to Lv 5 Professional Diploma level in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. She has further training in Domestic Abuse Awareness, and Trauma and ADHD.
